Experience
Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Georgia
I began working for the Lieutenant Governor of Georgia, Burt Jones, as a Senate Aide & Analyst in September of 2023. In June of 2024, following an extremely educational and successful Legislative Session, I transitioned into my current role as Policy Analyst and Press Aide for the Lt. Governor's Office.
As a Policy Analyst and Press Aide, I have attended and taken detailed notes for countless committee meetings, both during and outside Legislative Sessions. I created a streamlined system for the reporting and entry of vital data during Session, updating key figures daily and submitting detailed reports to the office. I have managed communications with constituents via email, phone, and in person, solely ensuring the timely release of information regarding bills, legislative priorities, and office updates to tens of thousands of constituents across Georgia.
Along with establishing a more efficient and productive data-tracking system, my efforts during my first Legislative Session resulted in the final passage and adoption of Senate Bill 366. This bill, also known as the Tax Expenditures Transparency Act of 2024, is legislation that I helped write and conduct extensive research for throughout the Fall of 2023. SB 366 passed unanimously in the Georgia Senate and House of Representatives and was ultimately signed into law on April 22, 2024, as Act 419.
Georgia Tech Athletics Association
I have worked part-time for the Georgia Tech Athletics Association since January of 2024 as their primary Graphic Design intern. This role has required proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, pushing me to grow tremendously as a designer and creative. My work has been showcased via social media to an audience of thousands, as well as across videoboards across Georgia Tech's campus.
Lululemon Athletica
I have over 2 years of experience in Retail working for Lululemon from 2021-2023. My role as both Educator and Heming Lead required managing shipments to and from the store, organizing and optimizing both backroom and front-of-house storage, managing hemming logbooks and order statuses, and educating customers on product performance, structure, and fabric composition.
LillyAnne Made
In my free time, I own and operate LillyAnne Made, the business I started by myself in 2017. Since opening my online multimedia art store, I have sold well over 450 products, expanded to multiple platforms (Redbubble, Etsy, etc.), and created custom designs for a wide range of clients.
Examples of my work can be found on LillyAnneMade.com, and include (but are not limited to): Wedding Invitations, Custom Hand-Painted Glassware, Shirts, Stickers, Buttons, Logo Designs, Canvases, Posters, Banners, and Prints.
National Christian Forensics and Communications Association
From 2017 to 2022, I competed in the National Christian Forensics and Communications Association (NCFCA) in both styles of debate, moot court, and eight speech categories.
At graduation, I had amassed 27 1st place awards, 13 of which were on the national competition level. I was the 2022 Lincoln Douglas Debate Regional Champion and National Semifinalist, and 2021 National Digital Presentation Champion. As of 2024, I still hold the record for most speech categories won at a single Regional Championship, having won 5 categories at the 2021 Regional Championship.
I remained involved in the league by coaching one competitor through the 2024 competition season. Before receiving coaching from me, this competitor had not won a tournament or advanced to the National Championship in speech. While receiving coaching during the 2024 season, this competitor placed at multiple tournaments, won a National Open in Digital Presentation, and qualified for Nationals in every category in which she was coached. At Nationals, my student placed in multiple categories.
